Sacramentos Brazilian Steakhouses: Where to Find the Best Meat!

Sacramentos Brazilian Steakhouses: Where to Find the Best Meat!

Okay, so yesterday I finally checked out that Brazilian steakhouse everyone’s been talking about in Sacramento. You know, the kind where they come around with giant skewers of meat and carve it right at your table? Yeah, one of those. I’ve always wanted to try one, so I was pretty pumped.

First, I looked up a few options online. I wanted something with good reviews, obviously, and ideally, something not too far from where I live. There are like one or two of options, I picked a restaurant that seems the most review and high ratings, it’s a middle price level of those options.

Then I made a reservation. I figured a place like this would be busy, especially on a Saturday night. Good thing I did, because when I got there, the place was packed! There were so many options for a reservation time. And, I picked the time I like.

Once we were seated, the fun began. Our server explained the whole deal – you have this little card, green on one side, red on the other. Green means “bring on the meat!” and red means “I need a break!” Simple enough, right?

Then the meat parade started. Seriously, it was non-stop. Guys were coming to our table with all kinds of grilled goodness: sirloin, filet mignon, lamb, chicken, sausage…you name it. Each time, they’d ask if we wanted some, and if we said yes, they’d slice off a few pieces right there. Oh man it was amazing!

  • The picanha (sirloin cap) was definitely my favorite. So juicy and flavorful!
  • The garlic steak was also incredible. Super tender and garlicky, just the way I like it.
  • They even had grilled pineapple! Sounds weird, but it was actually a really nice palate cleanser between all the meat.

I kept my card flipped to green for a good long while. I mean, I wanted to try everything! Eventually, though, I had to flip it to red. I was stuffed! I think I managed to eat at least a little bit of every kind of meat they brought around.

The Overall Experience

Honestly, it was a blast. It’s not something I’d do every week (my stomach couldn’t handle it!), but for a special occasion or a fun night out, it’s perfect. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the whole experience was just really unique. If you are looking for some special experience, and you are a meat lover, you should try it.

It was little bit pricey but still worthy, It’s kind of like a buffet, I paid the all-included price. The price didn’t include the alchohal.

So, if you’re in Sacramento and you’re looking for a fun and meaty dining experience, definitely check out a Brazilian steakhouse. Just remember to wear your stretchy pants!
