Okay, here’s my attempt at writing a blog post like a real person, detailing my experience with Costco and car batteries:
So, my car battery died. Classic, right? Happened in my driveway, thankfully, but still a pain. I needed a new one, and I’d heard good things about Costco’s batteries. Plus, I’m a member, so I figured, why not?
First thing I did was hop on my phone. I tried to find info on their website about battery installation. Let’s just say, finding clear answers wasn’t easy. The website is great for tires, not so much for showing their detailed services, I mean to battery installtion.
I decided to call my local Costco. It took a couple of tries to get through to the right department (the tire center, by the way). Finally, I got a real human on the line.
I straight-up asked, “Do you guys install car batteries?” The guy on the phone was super chill. He explained it to me.
He told me, “Yes, we do！Bring your car to us, we can help you install it!”
Then, I drove my another car to costco, and told them my car type, very soon, they helped me get the right battery, and also helped me install it!
I’m really satisfied about this services. Saved my day!
