Okay, so I’ve been on this huge matcha kick lately. Seriously, I’m obsessed. I needed to find a good matcha place nearby, like, yesterday. So, I started my quest.
First, I grabbed my phone and opened up my usual map app. You know, the one everyone uses. I simply typed in “matcha place near me” and hit search. Boom! A bunch of options popped up.
I started scrolling through the list, checking out the photos and reviews. I mean, pictures are everything, right? I wanted to see that vibrant green goodness.
- Some places had, like, two reviews. Nope. Skipped those.
- Others had pictures of sad, pale-looking matcha. Hard pass.
- A few looked promising, though! Good ratings, lots of reviews, and the matcha looked legit.
I narrowed it down to three places that looked the best. Then I dug a little deeper.
Deeper Dive
I started checking their menus online, if they had them. I was looking for variety. Did they just have straight-up matcha lattes, or did they have, like, matcha soft serve? Matcha pastries? The more, the merrier!
One place even had matcha tiramisu! I was immediately sold. I decided to try that, driving to the shop, ordering the matcha tiramisu,tasting it and It tasted great, so I’ve found my new favorite place.
So, it might sound simple to use a map app and search, then choose a place with your instict, that’s all I did.
