Okay, so I’ve been wanting to check out this “Clue the Musical” thing in Seattle for a while. I mean, who doesn’t love a good murder mystery, right? And it’s Clue! The board game! I was super curious how they’d pull that off on stage.
Getting Tickets and Finding the Place
First things first, I needed tickets. I went online, looked around a bit, and it wasn’t too hard to find them. Scored some decent seats, not too front, not too back – just right. The theater is easy to be found because it is popular.

Showtime!
Got to the theater, found my seat, and the lights went down. Boom! Right away, they got the audience involved. I don’t want to spoil anything, but let’s just say it’s not your typical sit-back-and-watch kind of show.
- The Characters: They had all the classic characters – Colonel Mustard, Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, the whole gang. The actors were really into it, hamming it up, having fun.
- The Music: The songs were pretty catchy! Not, like, Broadway-smash-hit catchy, but fun and they fit the story.
- The Mystery: This is where it gets cool. They actually change up who the murderer is, where they did it, and with what weapon! It makes you want to see it again to see all the different combinations.
Throughout the performance I watched, they used lots of props and the stage transforms. It was pretty simple, but it worked. They didn’t need a ton of fancy stuff to make it feel like you were in that creepy old mansion.
Final Thoughts
Honestly, I had a blast! It was fun, interactive, and just a good time. It is a good memory for me. It’s the kind of show you can go to with friends, family, or even on a date. Definitely a unique theater experience, especially if you’re a Clue fan. If you are a fan, you won’t be disappointed.
