Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this idea for Halloween polls, and I wanted to share how I actually made it happen. It wasn’t super complicated, but it took a bit of trial and error, you know?
First, I brainstormed some fun Halloween-themed questions. Stuff like “Favorite Candy,” “Best Costume,” “Scariest Movie,” that kind of thing. I just jotted them down on a piece of paper, nothing fancy.

Then, I needed a way to actually make the polls. I didn’t want to get into any coding or anything, So, simple tools is my best friend.
I created the polls, one by one. I made sure to keep the options short and sweet. Nobody wants to read a novel when they’re voting on candy, right?
Here’s how one of the polls looked:
- Question: What’s your go-to Halloween candy?
- Option 1: Chocolate Bars
- Option 2: Gummy Stuff
- Option 3: Hard Candy
- Option 4: Anything!
I did that for all my questions, making sure each one had a few clear choices.
After setting everything up, I tested them out myself. Clicked through all the options, made sure everything was working like it should. No glitches, hopefully!
And… that’s pretty much it! I shared the polls with some friends. It was cool to see what everyone picked. Turns out, chocolate is still king! Who knew?
It was a fun little project. Nothing groundbreaking, but a good way to get into the Halloween spirit and see what people are into. Maybe I’ll try something a bit more involved next year, but for now, this worked perfectly!
