Okay, so I’ve been wanting to see “Clue: The Musical” for ages, and when I saw it was playing in Seattle, I knew I had to go! This whole thing started with me just randomly searching for shows, you know, like you do on a boring Tuesday night.
Getting Tickets and Prepping
First things first, I needed tickets. I jumped online and started looking at what was available. It took a bit of clicking around, comparing different dates and seat options. Honestly, it was a bit of a headache, but I finally found some decent seats for a price I could stomach. Booked ’em!

Next, I figured out how to actually get to the theater. I’m not super familiar with that part of Seattle, so I spent some time on my phone looking at maps. Decided to drive and then, well, finding parking…that’s always a fun challenge in Seattle. I planned to get there super early to avoid the worst of it.
The Day Of!
On the day of the show, I was pretty hyped. I made sure to eat a good meal beforehand, because you know, theater snacks are crazy expensive. I grabbed my tickets, double-checked the address, and hit the road.
Finding parking, as predicted, was a bit of an adventure. I circled the block a few times, muttered some not-so-nice things under my breath, and finally snagged a spot a few blocks away. Success! I made sure to make it note where I had parked!
The Show!
Getting into the theater was smooth. I showed my tickets, found my seat, and settled in. The atmosphere was buzzing – everyone seemed excited. Then, the lights dimmed, and the show started!
I won’t spoil the show for anyone, but it was so much fun! I loved the music, the acting, and the whole interactive element of trying to figure out who the murderer was. It was definitely different from the movie, in a good way. I kept changing my guesses throughout the whole thing.
Post-Show Thoughts
After the show ended, I walked back to my car, still buzzing from the experience. I made a mental note to look up the soundtrack, ’cause there were some catchy tunes. It was the effort and it was totally worth it! I am already making plans to see another play.
