Alright, guys, so I wanted to share my little adventure of snagging a De’Aaron Fox rookie card. It all started with me just browsing online, you know, killing time. I’m a huge Kings fan, and Fox has always been one of my favorite players. So I figured, why not try to get a rookie card?
First thing I did was hit up some of the usual online marketplaces. I spent a good few hours just scrolling through listings, comparing prices, and checking out the condition of different cards. It was kinda overwhelming at first, there’s so much out there!

I quickly realized I needed to narrow things down. I decided to focus on cards that were graded by a reputable company, you know, just to be sure of the quality. I also set myself a budget – it’s easy to get carried away with this stuff!
Next up, read a couple guides by expert about cards. I am not expert, so I learned from other’s experience.
After doing some more digging, I found a few cards that looked promising. I put them on my watchlist and started doing some deeper research on each one. I checked out completed listings to see what similar cards had sold for recently. That gave me a better idea of what was a fair price.
Finally, I found one that ticked all the boxes. It was a PSA 9, which is a pretty good grade, and the price was within my budget. So I pulled the trigger and bought it! Honestly, that feeling of finally securing the card was awesome.
When the card arrived, I was like a kid on Christmas morning. I carefully opened the package, and there it was, my very own De’Aaron Fox rookie card. It was in perfect condition, just as described. I immediately put it in a protective sleeve and top loader, gotta keep it safe, right?
- Find card that I want.
- Do research about price and conditon.
- Buy it.
- Enjoy!
So yeah, that’s my story of getting a De’Aaron Fox rookie card. It was a fun little project, and I’m super stoked to have it in my collection. If you’re thinking about getting into collecting, just do your research, set a budget, and have fun with it!
