Okay, so I wanted to dig into the Prescott Association of Realtors, see what they’re all about. I’ve been thinking about getting more involved in the local real estate scene, so this seemed like a good place to start.
First, I hit up their website. Just did a simple search and found it pretty easily. The homepage was, well, it was alright. Nothing fancy, but it had all the basic info: contact details, upcoming events, that sort of thing.
Digging Deeper
Then I started clicking around. I wanted to see what kind of resources they offered members. I found a section on education and training – looked like they had some workshops and courses, which is cool. Always good to keep learning, right?
- Checked out their membership page. It had a breakdown of the different levels and the fees involved. I scribbled down some notes on that, just to compare it to other options later.
- I also poked around in their news section. Seemed like they posted updates on local market trends and stuff. Figured that could be useful to stay in the loop.
- I Found there is a member list, I can find someone work in real estate filed.
My Impressions
Honestly, it all seemed pretty standard for a realtor association. They’ve got the basics covered: networking opportunities, education, market info. I guess the next step would be to maybe attend one of their events, see what the vibe is like in person. Maybe chat with some of the members, get a feel for whether it’s a good fit for me.
I think it is good start for me.
